Refund and Returns Policy

However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags included.
Personalized or custom-built items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Returns Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified return period. They will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being shipped back to us.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.


If the return is approved, you will be eligible for a refund. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 15 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Exchange: In case you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product or a similar one of equal value. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Non-Returnable Items:

Software, downloadable products, and licenses cannot be returned or refunded once the product key or license has been provided.
Consumable items such as printer ink, toner cartridges, and batteries are non-returnable unless they are unopened and unused.

Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal reasons or a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


All products sold by Vardhaman Computers are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms and conditions may vary for different products. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty documentation for more information.
